I have customised this set in 2 other ways. Firstly - I have glued the throne together from a regular HQ set.

Secondly I have created an Ogre Warrior squad leader by replacing a regular outstretched arm on one of the minis with a clenched arm (taken from the Ogre Champion of a regular set). A good dungeon master could throw this in somewhere in one of the plot lines - maybe just give him an attack score of 6.
